BIAK NUMFOR - BNNP Papua Holds Safari Ramadan. This activity took place on Saturday, April 6, 2024. Papuan Police Chief, Inspector General Pol. Mathius D. Fakhiri, SIK, accompanied by the Head of BNNP Papua, Brigadier General Pol. Norman W, SIK, and the Main Officer of the Papuan Police attended the Safari Ramadan and iftar jointly at the Baiturrahman Grand Mosque, Biak Numfor.
Air travel from Jayapura to Biak Numfor Regency was the beginning of an activity aimed at strengthening relations with the community and ensuring that prayers in mosques were safe and comfortable.
"This Ramadan safari aims to strengthen relations with the community and ensure that the implementation of prayers in mosques is safe and comfortable. This program is in the form of visiting mosques in Biak Numfor Regency which are coupled with breaking the fast together, praying Maghrib in congregation, praying isya in congregation, and tarawih prayers in congregation as well as conveying kamtibmas messages to the congregation," said the Papuan Police Chief.
