Vice President Hopes For The Results Of The Best 2024 Presidential Election Dispute Session For The Nation
Vice President (Vice President) Ma'ruf Amin hopes that the trial of the dispute over General Election Results (PHPU) dispute or the 2024 presidential election dispute trial will produce the best decision for Indonesia and the continuation of the government in the future.
"Hopefully, of course, the decision is the best for this nation, I think that's all. Hopefully the best results will be for this nation," said the Vice President after witnessing the inauguration of the Regional Committee for Sharia Economics and Finance (KDEKS) of North Sulawesi Province (Sulut) in Manado City, North Sulawesi, Thursday as stated by the official statement of the Vice Presidential Secretariat, Thursday, April 4, was confiscated by Antara.
Furthermore, the Vice President conveyed that the Constitutional Court as an important judicial institution in this country has absolute authority to enforce law and justice without the intervention of any party.
"My hope is that of course we must not intervene, yes, the Constitutional Court certainly has absolute and independent authority, of course the government must not interfere," said the Vice President.
Meanwhile, regarding the four ministers of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet who will be presented as witnesses in the 2024 presidential election dispute trial on Friday (April 5), the Vice President said the presence of the ministers would provide an overview of the main tasks of the ministry that have been carried out so far.
"I think as I once said that the ministers who are asked (to attend the trial) will attend, God willing, provide an explanation in accordance with of course what they are doing," he said.

According to the Vice President, the ministers are expected to bring a number of facts that can help judges formulate disputed trial decisions.
"It (the witnesses of the ministers) are important, I think for the Constitutional Court to get a complete picture so that what they need, either from social assistance problems or other problems, I think it will become clearer," said the Vice President.
