Landslides Cover Three Roads In West Manggarai Successfully Handled
The landslide material that covered three road points in two villages of West Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), was completed. "The road can be passed by vehicles and the community," said Head of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of West Manggarai Regency, Isfridus Tobong when contacted, Thursday, April 4, confiscated by Antara. He explained that as many as three landslide points were in two sub-districts, namely Ndoso District and West Kuwus District, due to heavy rains some time ago. The joint team consisting of BPBD personnel from West Manggarai and the Public Works and Public Housing Service (PUPR), totaling eight people using one excavator orat, is still cleaning up one landslide point in Momol Village, West Kuwus District. "We hope it will be completed soon," he said.

"Two other landslide points can still be passed by vehicles, then dig a little at the top of the road where there are hills because they are prone, while the worst is in West Kuwus District," he said. Landslides by a joint team from the West Manggarai BPBD and the West Manggarai PUPR Service, he said, targeted for completion this week.
