Leak Consumer, Citroatur Open Experience Center At PIK

Citroatur added to the Experience Center in Indonesia, now located in the Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) area, North Jakarta which has started operating, and is a customer service center.

Previously, the experience center presented by PT Indomobil National Distributor, Citrovisin Brand Holder Agent (APM) in Indonesia, there were only the first two on Jl. MT Haryono and Jl. Halim Perdana Kusuma.

Chief Executive Officer, PT indomobil National Distributor, Tan Kim Piauw said that Citrowasn Indonesia upholds its commitment to continue to build and develop Citro brands in Indonesia on an ongoing basis.

"We believe the existence of the Citrotan Experience Center will make it easier for customers to obtain maintenance/improvement services for Citro Vehicles and spare parts in addition to test drive services and unit purchases. This step is one of our priorities in providing comfort and peace of mind for Citroprivate customers wherever they are," he said, in his official statement, Wednesday, April 3.

Tan Kim Piauw added that the sales network and full-sale services are at the forefront of interacting directly with customers.

"Therefore, the existence of a strong sales network and full-sales service that meets standards is a very vital factor in all CitroZin efforts to expand market coverage and get closer to customers," he added.

Citrotan Experience Center - PIK has a total building area of approximately 1,630 square meters. It is a two-story building, with a 1st floor area of 1,120 square meters, consisting of a showroom area, delivery area, waiting room and workshop area equipped with a workshop facility with 9 workshop bays will ensure the peace of mind of Citro OWNers through quality maintenance and repair services. While the 2nd floor is used as an office space.

Interestingly, the Citroatur Experience Center at PIK is the first and only Citroaturation Experience Center outside France that has carried out the latest design standardization from global Citrowajan.
