PT SMI Records Financing And Investment Commitment Value Reaches IDR 137.7 Trillion In 2023
JAKARTA - PT Sarana Multi Infrastructure (Persero) or PT SMI recorded the value of the company's financing and investment commitment to reach IDR 137.7 trillion throughout 2023.
In addition, last year PT SMI also contributed to financing and investment activities for infrastructure project development worth IDR 727.3 trillion.
"With the involvement of a commitment to financing and investment of IDR 137.7 trillion, if we look at it, we are actually involved in the project of more than IDR 720 trillion. Because as much financing is carried out together," said PT SMI President Director Edwin Syahruzad quoted Thursday, March 28.
Based on the exposure data, the distribution of financing commitments of IDR 137.7 trillion, including for business entities of IDR 93.7 trillion, investment of IDR 4.5 trillion and for the public of IDR 39.4 trillion.
On the same occasion, Director of Financing and Investment Sylvi J. Gani noted, the company's outstanding financing and investment figure reached IDR 91.3 trillion.
"Of course there is an increase in outstanding or growing data for business entities, which at the end of December 2023 outstanding from business entities reached Rp56.4 trillion and outstanding local governments (Pemda) reached Rp28.6 trillion," he said.
Meanwhile, the company's gross disbursement 2023 is IDR 15.3 trillion, consisting of a disbursement to a business entity of IDR 15 trillion and to a regional government of IDR 255 billion.

Meanwhile, PT SMI Director of Operations and Finance Darwin Trisna Djajawinata said that the company's revenue jumped by 22.8 percent in 2023.
PT SMI managed to record revenue of IDR 7.6 trillion or an increase compared to the previous year's revenue of IDR 6.2 trillion.
"The game grew positively and its growth was relatively high above 20 percent and this may also be offset by increased operational development of around 32 percent," he said.
Then, the company's gross income in 2023 also increased compared to the previous year, which was 21.4 percent from the position of IDR 31. trillion to IDR 3.8 trillion.
