Asks For Results Of Selling Houses, Ex-Husband Threatens Wife With Pistol
ACEH BARAT - West Aceh Police arrested three men for possession of illegal homemade firearms. Officers also confiscated one magazine and seven 9 millimeter caliber bullets. The three suspects were arrested in two separate locations.
West Aceh Police Chief, AKBP Andi Kirana explained, this case was revealed after the victim Agusminar, a resident of West Aceh reported a case of threat by her ex-husband S (48 years old).
The victim, who is a civil servant in West Aceh, was threatened with a homemade gun. "The victim was threatened with giving some money to the suspect from the sale of the house by the victim," explained Andi.
After receiving a report from the victim, the police arrested the perpetrator and evidence of a homemade pistol, which was stored in an old house in Larongan Lambalek District.

Regarding the possession of the firearms, the police also arrested two other suspects in different locations. Both are MN (42), a resident of Meulaboh as a gun owner, and J (45) a resident of East Aceh who is a arms dealer.
Currently, the three suspects have been detained at the West Aceh Police detention center. For his actions, the suspect is subject to Article 1 paragraph (1) of the Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951, in conjunction with Article 55 of the Criminal Code with a threat of 20 years in prison.
