Hasbi Hasan TPPU Case, KPK Prevents Windy Idol From Going Abroad
The KPK has imposed a preventing abroad against Windy Yunita Bastari Usman or better known as Windy Idol regarding the investigation into alleged money laundering with the inactive Supreme Court Secretary Hasbi Hasan.
"KPK has submitted a precaution against traveling abroad to the Director General of Immigration at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia to one private party suspected of having a close relationship with this case," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, March 27.
Ali explained that the implementation of prevention abroad was so that the person concerned (WINDyIdol) remained in Indonesia and could at any time fulfill the summons of the KPK investigating team if the information was needed.
"This gap starts from March 21, 2024, to the next six months and can be extended for the next six months," he said.
Windy Idol was previously questioned by the KPK investigating team on Tuesday (26/3) as a witness in a case of alleged money laundering (TPPU) involving the Secretary of the Supreme Court, Hasbi Hasan.
However, Ali has not provided further information regarding whether the two witnesses have been present to fulfill the summons of the investigation team or what material will be investigated in the examination.
The KPK public prosecutor is known to have presented Windy Idol as a witness several times for the follow-up trial of the defendant Hasbi Hasan and former Commissioner Wika Beton Dadan Tri Yudianto in the case of alleged bribery in case management at the Supreme Court.
In the trial which took place on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, Windy Yunita Bastari Usman admitted that he had toured a helicopter with Hasbi Hasan in Bali.
"Ever. I forgot, sir (the time). About two years ago," Windy said in his statement as a witness when answering questions from the Public Prosecutor (JPU) of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) at the Central Jakarta Corruption Court, at that time.
Windy said the helicopter tour was carried out without a plan because he and his brother were on vacation in Bali. Then, Hasbi Hasan invited Windy to take a helicopter after seeing the social media upload in question.
"No (there is a plan) because at that time it was posting (upload), I forgot my brother or I was the one who posted, then he continued to answer (by Hasbi Hasan) 'Wow, I'm still in Bali too, huh?' Then, 'Yes, Kanda, again in Bali'," said Windy.

According to Windy, he was invited by Hasbi Hasan to meet at the helicopter tour site on the same day. He also said that there was no data on the manifestation of passengers given before boarding the helicopter.
"I think it should be directly registered there. The process is fast," he said.
Windy said the helicopter tour was carried out with four people, namely himself, Hasbi Hasan, Rinaldo Septiarindo (the brother of Windy), and one woman whom he did not know.
"Only mothers. I don't know," he said.
The KPK prosecutor then investigated the payment for the helicopter tour. However, Windy argued that she did not know who paid for it and did not remember whether there were fees or bills to her. "I don't know," said Windy.
Previously, the KPK prosecutor charged Hasbi Hasan with having tour facilities around Bali with a helicopter provided by Devi Herlina as a notary to a CV partner Urban Beauty/MS Glow. He is said to have enjoyed the facility with Windy Idol.
In this case, Hasbi Hasan and Dadan Tri Yudianto were charged with accepting bribes to take care of the bankruptcy case of the Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) at the cassation level with the aim of winning the debtor of the Intidana Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) Heryanto Tanaka amounting to Rp11.2 billion.
