Election Fraud, AMIN Demands Gibran To Be Vulnerable To A Presidential Candidate Until The Re-election

JAKARTA - The legal team for candidate pair number 1 Anies Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar (AMIN) filed several demands in the petitum for the dispute over the 2024 Presidential Election Results (PHPU) case submitted to the Constitutional Court (MK), which essentially asked Gibrandi to be disqualified until the re-election.

Reporting from the official website of the Constitutional Court quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, March 26, the application has been registered with registration number 1/PHPU.PRES-XXII/2024 with the Indonesian KPU as the respondent.

The first charge put forward is to declare the cancellation of KPU Decree Number 360 of 2024 concerning the Determination of the General Election Results of the President and Vice President, Members of the House of Representatives, Regional Representative Council, Provincial Regional House of Representatives, and National Regional House of Representatives/City.

"In the 2024 General Election which is set for Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at 22:19 WIB throughout the first dictum," the petition reads.

The second demand is to declare the disqualification of candidate for vice president number two on behalf of Gibran Rakabuming Raka as a participant in the 2024 presidential election because he does not meet the age requirements as a candidate pair for the 2024 presidential election.

The next demand is to declare null and void the KPU Decree Number 1632 concerning the determination of the candidate pair for the presidential election dated November 13, 2023 and KPU Decree Number 1644 concerning the determination of serial numbers for candidate pairs participating in the presidential election dated November 14, 2023.

"As long as it relates to the vice presidential candidate on behalf of Gibran Rakabuming Raka," the petitum continued.

Furthermore, ordering the respondent to re-vote in the 2024 presidential election, followed by presidential candidate number 2 Prabowo Subianto by first replacing the vice presidential candidate.

Then, they ordered the General Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) to carry out supervision in the context of implementing the verdict.

Then, order the President to act neutrally and not to mobilize state apparatus and not to use the state budget as a tool to benefit one of the candidate pairs in the re-voting.

Next, ordered the National Police and their staff to secure the re-voting process for the President and Vice President in a neutral and professional manner.

Finally, ordering the TNI and its staff to help secure the re-voting process for the President and Vice President in accordance with their authority.

"If the Constitutional Court has another opinion, please give the fairest decision (ex aequo et bono)", concluded the petitum.

Meanwhile, the Constitutional Court has scheduled a preliminary examination hearing with the agenda of submitting the petitioner's application for the PHPU case for the 2024 presidential election.

The Anies-Muhaimin pair, represented by their legal team, namely Zaid Mushafi, Ari Yusuf Amir, and Sugito, will undergo trial on Wednesday (27/3) at 08.00 WIB.

Meanwhile, Ganjar-Mahfud, represented by his legal team, namely Todung Mulya Lubis, Maqdir Ismail, and Yanuar P. Wasesa, will undergo a trial on the same day at 13.00 WIB.
