THR Realization For ASN, TNI, Polri, And Retired Capai Rp13.4 Trillion
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Finance reported the total budget for the 2024 Holiday Allowance (THR) of IDR 48.7 trillion and until March 24, 2024, the realization of THR for State Civil Apparatus (ASN), Officials, TNI/Polri, and retirees reached IDR 13.4 trillion or 27.52 percent of the total budget.
Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati conveyed that the realization of the THR was channeled to Central ASN, TNI/Polri amounting to Rp3.2 trillion from the budget derived from APBN funds amounting to Rp18 trillion. This THR is given to 625,112 employees in 4,722 work units.
"As for the APBD, we still haven't got the information. (THR from APBD funds) for regional ASN, regional ASN TPG, Tasmil Guru and Regional ASN," Sri Mulyani said at a press conference on our State Budget, Monday, March 25, 2024.
According to Sri Mulyani, the realization of THR for retirees was the fastest, reaching Rp. 10.2 trillion or already reaching 85.29 percent of the ceiling of Rp. 11.7 trillion from APBN funds.

Meanwhile, THR for retirees through PT Taspen (Persero) has been given IDR 9.98 trillion for 3.07 million retirees, and through PT Asabri (Persero) it has reached IDR 168.6 billion for 57.4 thousand retirees.
Previously, President Joko Widodo had set the provisions for the amount of THR and the 13th salary this year to be paid 100 percent or the components are full.
This is stipulated in Government Regulation (PP) No. 14 of 2024 concerning the provision of THR and the 13th salary of ASN. The disbursement of THR ASN will be carried out starting March 22, 2024 or the fastest 10 working days before Eid. Meanwhile, the disbursement of the 13th ASN salary will be carried out in June 2024.
