So far, PEB has succeeded in carrying out this commitment by completing the Central Processing Platform (CPP) reactivation activity within approximately 1 year, which includes activating production facilities, installing production support facilities and processing of related permits, such as revising Environmental Permit Approval documents including adding 4 development well locations.

"In addition, PEB made a breakthrough to increase production from the Camar Field by starting a series of FEED studies and the procurement stage for project facilities components for the reactivation of other platforms, namely the MPA (Monopod Platform), which is expected to be completed in this 3-year quarter." Pieters said in a statement to the media, Friday, March 22.
With the support of SKK Migas, he said, currently PEB is actively involved in the discussion and preparation of the reactivation of the MPA platform which will activate old wells such as CM-6 and MPA-1 as well as drilling CW-1 and CW-2 wells at the planned MPA locations to be carried out in the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2024. And also CS-5 and CS-6 drilling in 2025 at the CPP location.
With the activity plan to be carried out, the estimated production volume of the Camar Field can reach 3,000 BOPDs by 2025, so that production from this field is expected to be an addition in increasing Indonesia's energy security, as well as providing a stable clean energy supply in the long term.
