Swiss Open 2024: 11 Representatives Qualify For Round Of 16
JAKARTA The Swiss Open 2024 tournament which is currently taking place this week has entered the second round. Indonesia still has 11 representatives who still survive in the round of 16.
Indonesia got seven tickets for the latest on the second day of the tournament, Wednesday, March 20, 2024. They trailed four other representatives who passed on the first day.
Mixed doubles Rehan Naufal Kusharjanto/Lisa Ayu Kusumawati became the last representative to ensure that they qualified for the round of 16 of the BWF Super 300 level tournament.
Rehan/Lisa beat the German pair, Malik Bourakkadi/Leona Michalski, with a score of 21-4, 21-9 in St. Jakobshalle, Basel, Thursday, March 21, 2024, early morning WIB.

The last seven tickets to the second round of Indonesia were obtained by Febriana Dwi Puji/Amallia Cahaya, Sabar Karyaman/Muhammad Reza, Bagas Maulana/Muhammad Shohibul Fikri, Dejan Ferdinansyah/Gloria Emanuelle Widjaja, Rehan Naufal/Lisa Ayu, Alwi Farhan, and Gregoria Mariska Tunjung.
Meanwhile, four tickets for the round of 16 on the first day were secured by Apriyani Rahayu/Siti Fadia, Leo Rolly Carnando/Daniel Marthin, Lanny Tria Mayasari/Ribka Sugiarto, and Jesita Putri Miantoro/Febi Setianingrum.
