Term Of Office Ends This Year, Erick Thohir Proposes PMN Of IDR 44 Trillion For 16 SOEs In 2025
JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir proposed a request for State Capital Participation (PMN) for 16 state-owned companies worth IDR 44.24 trillion next year.
The PMN is proposed through the 2025 State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN).
Although next year it is possible to no longer serve as a minister, Erick still proposes. This needs to be done for the sustainability of the assignment project and the restructuring process of a number of SOEs.
"We also ventured to propose to PMN 2025 so that the sustainability of the program that we are pushing can be recorded from this year for next year itself," Erick said in a working meeting with Commission VI of the DPR RI at the DPR Building, Jakarta, Tuesday, March 19.
Of the 16 SOEs that received PMN, Erick revealed, the largest allocation for PT Hutama Karya (Persero) was IDR 13.8 trillion. The PMN is intended to continue the construction of Phase II and III Trans Sumatra Toll Roads (JTTS).
"For PMN proposed in the 2025 State Budget, we propose IDR 44 trillion, of which the largest is Hutama Karya Pembangunan JTTS phase II and III, which is IDR 13.8 trillion," he said.
Then, continued Erick, PT Asabri (Persero) worth IDR 3.6 trillion was used to improve company capital.
Then, PT PLN (Persero) amounting to IDR 3 trillion. This PMN will be used for electricity programs entering the village. Furthermore, PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero) or IFG to strengthen KUR capital amounting to IDR 3 trillion.
In front of Commission VI of the DPR, Erick believes that the portion of SOE dividend will reach 55 percent greater than PMN, which is 45 percent.
"Of course, as before, the cumulative between dividends and PMN is still greater in dividends. The proportion is approximately 55 compared to 45 percent. This is what we want to propose to Commission VI," he said.
