Adenanta Wins Second Podium At ARRC SS600 Buriram

JAKARTA - Indonesia's young racer, Mohammad Adenanta Putra, has again shown his achievements at the Asia Road Racing Championships (ARRC) Supersports 600 (SS600) class. Adenanta won the second podium in the inaugural race 1 of this season at Chang International Circuit, Buriram, Thailand, Saturday 16 March.

This is Adenanta's second podium in SS600 after the fourth race 2 at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit, Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, on August 13 last year.

Starting the race from the eleventh position, Adenanta showed brilliant performance by pushing to seventh position on the first lap. He then continued to compete with the leading racers and managed to win the third podium in the last corner.

Adenanta finished the race with a time of 20 minutes 28,649 seconds, 0.716 seconds behind race 1 winner Apiwath Wongthananon of Thailand.

"Alhamdulillah, I am grateful to be able to reach the second podium in this race 1. Starting from the eleventh position is not easy, but I continue to try to give my best," said Adenanta in a written statement.

"I would like to thank the AHRT team, family, and all those who have supported me," he added.

This result is an important capital for Adenanta to face the 2 SS600 race which will take place on Sunday 16 March.

"I will try my best to achieve better results in race 2 tomorrow," concluded Adenanta.

In this race, Adenanta gets 13 points from this result, while his colleague Rheza Danica Ahrens gets 10 points and Veda Ega Pratama who finishes in eighth place gets 8 points. Race 2 SS600 will take place on Sunday 16 March at 13.45 WIB.
