Liquid In June, Sri Mulyani Disburses IDR 50.8 Trillion For The 13th Salary Of ASN
JAKARTA - The government will disburse funds for the 13th salary to reach Rp50.8 trillion, an increase compared to last year's Rp38.8 trillion for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) including the TNI/Polri and retirees in June 2024.
Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati said the funds were the allocation of the APBN of Rp29.7 trillion and the APBD of Rp21.1 trillion.
"We hope this will increase purchasing power. I hope ASNs use and spend on domestic products, to encourage the local economy so that this is truly useful," Sri Mulyani said at a press conference in Jakarta, Friday, March 15.
Sri Mulyani said that the THR payment for the 13th salary will be paid in June 2024. "The 13th salary will be paid in June 2024 and if it has not been paid in June it can be paid after June 2024," he said.

According to Sri Mulyani, the 13th salary disbursement is the same as giving THR 2024, which is given the amount of salary / principal pension, job allowance / general allowance, allowances attached to basic salary, and 100 percent performance allowance for central ASN or with other names for regional ASN.
The basis for calculating the 13th salary is the income component in May 2024. "For the 13th salary, what is received in May, it will also be accepted as the 13th salary," he explained.
Sri Mulyani explained that the THR and the salaries of the 13 ASN will not be subject to deductions / contributions, but will be subject to income tax (PPh) borne by the government.
