OIKN Calls Housing Development In IKN Nusantara Using A KPBU Scheme
The Capital Archipelago Authority (OIKN) said housing development in the city of Nusantara uses a business entity government cooperation scheme (KPBU).
Residential housing in IKN is known to have been built in parts of North Penajam Paser Regency and Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province (Kaltim).
OIKN Deputy for Funding and Investment Agung Wicaksono said that the fulfillment of housing in IKN uses the KPBU scheme in accordance with Government Regulation (PP) Number 17 of 2022.
The regulation regulates funding and budget management for the preparation of the development and relocation of the City of Nusantara, as well as the implementation of a special regional government for the capital city of Indonesia.
Not only as a significant step to meet housing needs in the city of Nusantara, he continued, but also to open up opportunities for business actors, investors and financial institutions (creditors) to participate in the development of the KPBU scheme housing sector
A number of business entities or investors have submitted a letter of intent (LoI) to OIKN to build the residence of the state civil apparatus (ASN), the TNI and Polri. "The project uses the KPBU scheme on the initiative of business entities," he said without mentioning the exact number of business entities that had proposed LoI, in Penajam, East Kalimantan, Friday, March 15, confiscated by Antara.
