PAN Politicians Believe That The Right To Question The Alleged Election Fraud Will Not Be Realized
JAKARTA - Member of the IIDPR Commission FraksiPAN Guspardi Gaus believes that the alleged fraud in the 2024 election will not materialize. Because according to him, the discourse on new rights of inquiry is limited to interruptions in the plenary session, which is not a mechanism for submitting rights to inquiry.
There are also factions who carry out interruptions to encourage the use of election fraud rights, namely PKS, PKB, and PDIP. However, the three of them have not officially submitted the right to inquiry.
"According to my personal view, God willing, it will not happen or be realized," said Guspardi, Thursday, March 14.
The West Sumatra electoral district PAN legislator assessed that the process of traveling on the right of inquiry was still long. Therefore, Guspardi believes that it will not be realized.
