Serious Anti-Corruption Movement, Banking In China Imprisoned To Death Penalty
JAKARTA - China is seriously investigating corruption cases against former bankers in the country. This was done amid the anti-corruption movement carried out by President Xi Jinping's administration in the financial sector.
Citing CNBCIdoneseia, one of the suspected bankers is Li Jiping, who once served as deputy head of the state-owned China Development Bank (CDB) who is suspected of committing serious violations of discipline and law.
