Volkswagen T-Cross Facelift Coming To Brazil Market, Here Are Some Changes

JAKARTA - Volkswagen, an automotive company from Germany, is developing a refresher on T-Cross for the South American market. The model is said to be introduced in the coming weeks.

Reporting from Autocar India, Monday, March 11, the model received various style changes, such as the latest grip with a number of horizontal blades and a higher VW logo than before.

In addition, the manufacturer will present the latest IQ-tech headlights that can control lighting with cameras and sensors to detect traffic. This is very similar to the Matrix technology in Audi cars, but the system is intended for vehicles at lower prices.

Meanwhile, the back gets a change in the lights and bumper so that the appearance becomes fresher.

Changes were also presented on the inside with a dashboard and trim of body tone. Meanwhile, the seat and VW Play infotainment system were also updated and took inspiration from Taigun and Virtus sold in India.

The Volkswagen T-Cross will feature an upgrade to the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) and a 360-degree camera.

This compact SUV will be provided in two variants of powertrain, namely 1.4 liters of gasoline turbo and 1.0 liters of gasoline turbo. T-Cross will be based on Volkswagen Group's modular, namely MQB A0.

It is also said that this car will be produced in Brazil and will be marketed first in samba. A refresher version of Volkswagen T-Cross will be launched globally in the coming weeks or months.
