Minister Of PUPR Calls Rehabilitation Of Kindergarten To Middle Schools A Maize For Indonesia's Young Generation Gold 2045

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) revealed that the rehabilitation and renovation of educational infrastructure, namely Kindergarten (TK), Elementary and Middle Schools, is a nursery for the younger generation of Indonesia Emas 2045.

PUPR Minister Basuki Hadimuljono said that these education students in 2045 will reach productive age and become the main actors.

"Alhamdulillah, we have finished renovating and rehabilitating schools under the Men's Education Foundation starting from kindergarten, elementary and junior high schools. Hopefully this will be our contribution even though it is small, as expected by the Minister of Public Works in 2004-2014 Mr. Djoko Kirmanto, that this is a place for our young generation to'size' in the future," Basuki said quoting Antara.

Basuki advised that the renovated and rehabilitated educational facilities and infrastructure could be maintained.

"Please make the best use of the infrastructure and facilities that have been prepared and completed continuously to be able to improve the quality of kindergarten, elementary and junior high school education," he said.

The Ministry of PUPR through the Directorate General of Human Settlements together with the Regional Settlement Infrastructure Center in 18 provinces of Indonesia has completed 50 units of educational facilities and infrastructure for the Putra Education Foundation consisting of 47 units of kindergarten, 2 units of elementary school and 1 unit of junior high school.

In this rehabilitation and renovation, the characteristics of the Ministry of PUPR are applied as well as distinctive regional ornaments on buildings and designs for their facilities at the front gate.

Then in the environment, vegetation is planted in the form of shade trees as an effort to create an beautiful environment.

In addition, children's playgrounds are also provided both indoor and outdoor in each educational facilities and infrastructure.

Then furniture, educational book packages and others are also provided to support teaching and learning activities.
