Flood Threats At Villa Nusa Indah Gunung Putri Bogor, BPBD Calls The Trigger For The Broken River Embankment
BOGOR - The Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Bogor Regency gave an early warning regarding the threat of flooding at Villa Nusa Indah Housing, Bojongkulur Village, Gunung Putri.
"If there is an increase in the TMA (water level) of the Cileungsi River, Villa Nusa Indah 2 housing is threatened with flooding and can spread to Villa Nusa Indah 1," said Head of Emergency and Logistics Division of the Bogor Regency BPBD M Adam Hamdani in Cibinong, Bogor, Monday, March 4, confiscated by Antara.
He said the threat of flooding was triggered by landslides on the banks of the Cileungsi River on Sunday, March 3 morning until evening.
The landslide that occurred near the taxi base at Villa Nusa Indah 2 Housing took place from 07.00 to 22.00 WIB, triggered by the overflow of the Cileungsi River to TMA 160 cm.
"The land collapsed 30 meters long and the broken river embankment, which is getting wider and the crack is getting bigger. From the beginning 7 cm, now it has collapsed a total of more than 100 cm," he said.
