Mazda Reveals Reasons For Not Selling Electric Cars In Indonesia
JAKARTA - The electric car market in Indonesia is increasingly diverse with many launches of new models from various manufacturers. Of course, not a few are waiting for Mazda's work to enliven the market.
So when will Mazda present an electric car in Indonesia? Managing Director of PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia (EMI) Ricky Thio said that his party was still waiting for the right time to sell electric cars.
"What I said earlier was that we are gradual. We don't follow the crowd," he said, in Jakarta, Thursday, February 29.
On the same occasion, Pramita Sari, General Manager of Marketing & Communications EMI revealed that Mazda does not have (electric car model), and some have been introduced.
"We have brought the MX-30 but it has not been sold in the Indonesian market," he explained.

As is known, MX-30 is a global electrification line. Interestingly, the electric car has adopted the right steering wheel so that it is suspected that it will be sold in Indonesia.
Regarding specifications, carrying an AC Synchronous electric motorbike that produces 140 cellphones with a torque of 265 Nm. Based on its official specifications in Mazda Japan, this car is capable of traveling as far as 199 km in a fully charged battery.
"We also have (electric cars), we will inform you soon," said Ricky Thio.
Of course, it is worth waiting for the electric car from Mazda. Who can't wait?
