Police Name Children Of Suspects Of IRT Murder In Aceh Besar

BANDA ACEH - Satreskrim Polresta Banda Aceh has named a suspect in the murder of an IRT from Sabang Evy Marina Amalawati (53) in her house in Gampong Kajhu, Baitussalam District, Aceh Besar, the alleged perpetrator is the victim's biological child with the initials CNM (25).

"Based on the instructions, witnesses and evidence. Investigators have named brother CNM as a suspect," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Banda Aceh Police, Kompol Fadillah Aditya Pratama, in Banda Aceh as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, February 29.

Previously, an IRT from Sabang City Evy Marina Amalawati (53) was found dead covered in blood in her house in Gampong Kajhu, Aceh Besar, Tuesday (2/1).

The victim was allegedly killed by someone using a stone on the head. This case was initially suspected of being violent theft. However, the police did not find any signs of a house being entered by a thief.

The autopsy results from forensic expert RSUZA Banda Aceh concluded that the victim suffered lacerations to the head, bruises to the forehead, left eye, jaw, in the neck, chest, abrasions to the left arm, and bruises to the finger.

Based on the results of the investigation, and the evidence, the case leads to the victim's child, although so far the person concerned has not acknowledged it. But from the investigation of this case it led to CNM.

Fadillah said that in this case his party had examined 10 witnesses ranging from CNM, CNM's girlfriend, neighbors, hamlet heads, families to forensic psychologists.

The suspect, he said, gave information that he had heard a call from his mother, then saw a black shadow figure and hugged the victim.

Then, CNM admitted to screaming for help from neighbors, and had time to fight the figure he saw, and even admitted that he had fainted due to being clashed against the wall three times.

However, the police found irregularities in the information provided by CNM. Where the results of the crime scene were processed, investigators did not find anyone else who entered the house. In fact, there is no sign that their house was broken into.

Not only that, based on the results of the post-mortem on CNM, nor did there be no injuries, bruises or signs of violence on the victim's head.

"The post-mortem found no signs of injuries. At least there were bruises if they were clashed three times. The information from the CRM did not match the results of the examination, and the evidence we got at the TKP," he explained.

In addition, Fadillah said that the stone that was allegedly used to kill the victim was not brought from outside. It's a stone that blocks the door of the house.

So far, added Fadillah, the suspect has not confessed to his actions. However, the police also found a CNM ring around the victim's body, and CNM clothes with bloodstains.

Then, based on the results of psychological examinations with forensic psychology, CNM tends to be manipulative. Easy to do without thinking.

The suspect's motive for committing the murder was suspected to be due to family attention problems, or unpleasant treatment.

"Maybe there is a family problem, CNM has a brother, it feels like there is a difference in concern," said Kompol Fadillah.
