Alleged Corruption Of PT Bank NTB Syariah, Prosecutor's Office Asks For Information From 4 OJK
NTB - The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) asked for information from four people from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in tracing allegations of corruption at PT Bank NTB Syariah.
"Yes, only three people have been clarified from the OJK, that was Monday (February 26) yesterday. Thursday (February 29) tomorrow, there is one more person," said NTB Attorney General's spokesman, Efrien Saputera in Mataram, Wednesday.
He conveyed that this request for clarification was still related to the need for an investigation.
"It still has something to do with the findings of the OJK as reported," he said.
Regarding the role of three people from the OJK who provided clarification, Efrien admitted that he had not received any information from the investigative team.
"Only three people from the OJK have been informed. Maybe tomorrow, Thursday (February 28), clarification that one more person has information from the team," he said.
Dengan menyampaikan hal demikian, Efrien menegaskan bahwa penyelidikan kasus dugaan korupsi pada PT Bank NTB Syariah masih dalam persoalan pembiayaan yang berakait dengan temuan OJK.
"So, this clarification is about financing, not buildings, the focus (investigation) is there first. So, if you go to BPK, not yet. If it is necessary, we will invite (BPK) to clarify," he said.

One of them, fund support of IDR 5 billion for the MXGP Samota event on Sumbawa Island. According to Professor Asikin, law enforcement officials must examine accountability reports from the support of these funds.
