North Sulawesi Police Delegate 5 Suspects In Money Politics Cases To The Prosecutor's Office
The North Sulawesi Regional Police (Sulut) handed over five suspects and evidence in the alleged money politics case in the 2024 General Election to the local prosecutor's office.
Head of Public Relations of the North Sulawesi Police, Kombes Michael Irwan Thamsil, said that there were two police reports related to money politics handled by the North Sulawesi Regional Police Ditreskrimum.
"There are two police reports handled with six suspects, respectively FA, HP, JW, SH, RM and JL," Michael said as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, February 27.
He said of the six suspects, five suspects had been declared P21 or declared complete by the prosecutor's office.
"Today we plan to hand over phase two to the five suspects," he said.
Meanwhile, one suspect, continued Michael, the file has been sent to the prosecutor's office and there are instructions to be completed.

"Investigators are still completing the instructions from the prosecutor. If it is P21, it will be handed over immediately," he said.
Dirreskrimum Polda Sulut Kombes Gani Siahaan said the case files for five suspects FA, HP, JW, SH and RM had been declared complete.
"While the suspect JL's file is still P19, or there are still investigators who must be completed," he said.
When giving the press statement, there were also five suspects who would be transferred to the prosecutor's office.
