Sendbird Reveals Generative AI Benefits In AI-Based Chatbot Industry Landscape
JAKARTA - In the World Economic Forum (WEF) 2024, Sendbird revealed several generating AI benefits in the chat industry, namely to increase organizational productivity, communication speed, and customer involvement.

During the 2024 WEF momentum in Davos, Kim mentioned how the AI potential is to boost productivity and economic growth. According to him, AI can produce substantial increase in productivity in various industries.
In addition, generative AI is also considered to be a solution to increase the speed of communication, so that companies can excel in operational resilience, financial performance, and also innovation growth.
