Google Launches Talk To A Live Representative Feature At Search Labs
JAKARTA GoogleSearch Labs, an experimental feature for search, launched a feature called Talk to a Live Representative. This feature was created for call requests to specific services.
With this feature, users do not need to contact certain customer services and drain the pulse. They just need to ask for a call and wait until the representative contacts the device.
The Talk to a Live Representative feature will appear when users search for certain service numbers on Google Search. Just below contactable number information, users who have enabled Search Labs will see the Request a Call menu.
To use this feature, click the visible menu. After that, select the issues you want to convey to the customer service. For example, users contact airlines because of baggage problems, plane lags, or other problems.
After filling in the problem and the contactable phone number, Google asks users to wait for 45 to 60 minutes. While waiting, Google will contact the customer service number and connect its representative to the user.

"Save your phone near you. When representatives call right away, you will get a call," wrote Google at the top of the call request format, parallel to the explanation of the waiting time.
The Talk to a Live Representative feature is not available for all customer services. Currently, this feature is only available for thirty companies, some of which are Samsung, Walmart, Gamestop, Fedex, and others.
Google confirmed to9to5google that the Talk to a Live Representative feature is available to Android and iOS users in the United States. The company did not specify when this feature would be expanded to other countries.
