Minister Of Energy And Mineral Resources Calls There Are Still Many RKAB Minerba Companies That Have Not Been Approved
JAKARTA - Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), Arifin Tasrif, revealed that until now there are still many Work Plans and Expenditure Budgets (RKAB) for mineral and coal companies that have not been approved by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
Arifin said this was because there were still many mineral and coal companies that had not fulfilled some obligations from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
"Many are not finished yet. So, it has been informed," said Arifin, quoted on Saturday, February 17, 2024.
Arifin further revealed that several conditions that have not been met by mineral and coal companies are the obligation of non-tax state revenue (PNBP) and the Community Empowerment Program (PPM).
"There are two main issues, both coal and minerals, namely regarding the obligation of PNBP to be completed, then the Community Empowerment Program (PPM) must be included. Many do not include this happening in minerals and coal," said Arifin.
