BMW R 1300 GS Officially Listed On IIMS 2024, Priced At More Than IDR 1 Billion
JAKARTA - BMW Motorrad, a high-performance motorcycle brand from Germany, officially presents a motorcycle adventure with a powerful performance, namely R 1300 GS, at the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2024.
Inaugurated through PT Layur Astiti Bumi Kencana, the motor offers better things than its competitors in adventurous classes with some significant changes, including more powerful machines, innovative technologies, dynamic design, comfort, and versatility.
"We believe R 1300 GS will redefine the adventure experience for motorcycle enthusiasts in Indonesia," said Davy Tuilan, BMW Motorrad Indonesia's Chief Operating Officer, at the launch event, Thursday, February 15.
BMW R 1300 GS has various features that can accommodate its users in adventure, such as Dynamic Suspension Adjustment (DSA), Adaptive Heavy Control, Multi Rocker Button, Quick Selection Button, and Active Cruise Control.
In addition, the manufacturer also carries a number of radar features on four-wheeled vehicles into R 1300 GS, such as Lane Change Warning, Blindspot Warning, and Forward Collision Warning.
This motorbike has an LED Matrix headlights design equipped with 47 LED modules to make the lighting more optimal. The BMW R 1300 GS has a metal sheet frame that has a compact size and minimizes the occurrence of small turbulence at the highest speed.
R 1300 GS has a BMW Evo Telelever suspension that helps stabilize handlebar performance. The braking system is optimized with the Full Integral ABS Pro feature.

Talking about performance, this motorbike has a 1,300 cc capacity engine that has up to 145 dk of power with a 149 Nm peak torque. This is supported by the improvement of the engine structure into three shares.
BMW Motorrad sells this motorbike at a high price, starting from Rp1,160 billion for the Triple Black and Style Sport colors of up to Rp1,210 billion for Style Rallye. All prices include On The Road Jakarta and have included three Vario Boxes.
