The Case Of Dante's Death, Tamara Tyasmara's Lover, Has Been Examined By Psychologists Twice
JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya is still investigating the psychology of Yudha Arfandi, who is a suspect in the case of the death of Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo alias Dante. However, it was not conveyed about the time."The victim's mother, Tamara's sister, will also be scheduled to be examined by forensic psychology," said Ade.Yudha Arfandi was named a suspect based on the available evidence, he deliberately buried Dante's head in the water.Based on CCTV footage, Dante was buried 12 times by the suspect with different durations.
In that case, Yudha Arfandi was charged with Article 76C in conjunction with Article 80 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and or Article 340 of the Criminal Code and or Article 338 of the Criminal Code and or Article 359 of the Criminal Code.
