The Opening Match Of The 2024 Proliga Held At The Among Rogo Yogyakarta GOR, April 25-28
JAKARTA - The Among Rogo Sports Center (GOR), Yogyakarta, became the opening venue for the professional volleyball competition, Proliga 2024.
Reporting from the official statement from PP PBVSI, Thursday, GOR Among Rogo will be the headquarters for defending champions Jakarta Lavani Allo Bank who are scheduled to host the opening match which will take place from April 25-28.
After leaving Among Rogo GOR, Yogyakarta, the second week of Proliga 2024 will be held at the Jatidiri Sports Center, Semarang on May 2-5 and will make Jakarta Electric PLN the host.
In the third week, the 2024 Proliga will take place at the PSCC GOR, Palembang on May 9-12 by appointing Palembang Bank Sumsel as the host. Meanwhile, in the fourth week, it will be held at GOR Pangsuma, Pontianak on May 16-19 by appointing Jakarta Bhayangkara as the host.
Opening the second round of Proliga 2024, will take place at GOR Si Jalak Harupat, Bandung on June 6-9. Meanwhile, in the sixth week it will be held at GOR Tri Dharma, Gresik from June 14-17.

Meanwhile, in the seventh week, it is scheduled to be held at the DBL Arena, Surabaya, but PP PBVSI outlines that the venue is tentative considering that there is a possibility to be used as preparation for the U-20 Asian Championship which will take place in Surabaya.
Meanwhile, the final four will be held in three venues consisting of GOR Jayabaya Kediri, GOR Sritex Arena Solo and GOR Amongrogo Yogyakarta. The final four Proliga 2024 is planned to take place from 4 to 21 July.
The men's Proliga 2024 participating clubs consisted of six participants, including defending champions Jakarta LavAni Allobank, Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi, Jakarta STIN BIN, Jakarta Pertamina Pertamax, Palembang Bank SumselBabel and Kudus Sukun Badak.
Meanwhile, in the women's sector, seven teams participated, namely defending champion Bandung Bank bjb Tandamata, Jakarta Popsivo Polwan, Jakarta Pertamina Fastron, Gresik Petrokimia Pupuk Indonesia, Jakarta BIN, Jakarta Electric PLN, and newcomer Jakarta Livin Mandiri.
