JCI Opens To Strengthen Ahead Of Long Weekend
JAKARTA - The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) at the opening of trading on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, strengthened 19.14 points or 0.26 percent to 7,266.55 at 09.05 WIB this morning.
Meanwhile, the JCI opened at the level of 7,247.40 while the highest level of the JCI today is at the level of 7,277.38 and the lowest is at 7,258.69.
The total volume of stock trading on the IDX reached 1.17 billion, with a transaction value of Rp586.12 billion. There were 153 stocks up, 141 shares down, and 224 low.
The LQ45 index rose 0.37 percent to 984.293, Japan's Nikkei 225 index fell 0.07 percent, Hang Seng Hong Kong rose 1.53 percent, China's Shanghai Composite rose 0.67 percent, Singapore's Straits Times rose 1.35 percent.

As for those who entered the Top Gainers ranks, namely PT Indointernet Tbk (EDGE) rose 775 or 13.84 percent to Rp6,375, PT Hotel Sahid Jaya Internasional Tbk (SHID) rose 175 or 9.92 percent to Rp1,940, PT Pakuan Tbk (Money) rose 100 or 17.86 percent to Rp660.
Meanwhile, PT MD Picture Tbk (FILM) shares fell 200 or 3.43 percent to Rp5,625, PT Petrosea (PTRO) shares fell 100 or 1.86 percent to Rp5,275, and PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF) shares fell 40 or 1.94 percent to Rp2,020.
