Anies Delivers Message Of Change During His Grand Campaign In Sumenep

JAKARTA - Presidential Candidate Anies Baswedan conveyed a message of change during the grand campaign in Sumenep ( Madura Island), East Java.

"Sumenep is indeed extraordinary. Madura is famous for those whose principles are held firmly, dare to face challenges, not give up easily, always being able to face any challenges," Anies said as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, January 31.

The grand campaign was combined with istighatsah and the declaration of Madura clerics which was held by scholars, kiai, habaib, and community leaders throughout Sumenep.

Anies conveyed his arrival in Sumenep to convey messages of change, the main message of change is to create a family life that can live freely, an economy that is better, a labor-intensive job.

Anies wants to realize the fate of a more prosperous farming family, with a better harvest due to the availability of fertilizers.

"We want farmers to be able to save, get cheaper rice prices," he said.

To make changes, said Anies, it is necessary to have the authority. If it does not exist, there is no signature, then there is no decision.

"Pele number settong (select number 1, ed)," said Anies, greeted hysterically by the congregation who favored Graha Adi Poday, Sumenep.

If there is authority, said Anies, employment will be available, the cost of living is cheaper. Life is even better.

"God willing, Sumenep will be better. Madura dares to accept challenges, not give up easily, tenuously, adhere to principles," he said.

Meanwhile, Muhaimin Iskandar or Cak Imin emphasized that change is the people's agenda, the rights that must be given to the Indonesian people.

"It's time for us to make changes. The power of the sky is real. God willing, it will be supported by scholars, we will realize changes for the Indonesian people," said Cak Imin.
