BPBD Incentive Corruption Case, Sidoarjo Regent Promises To Cooperative To KPK

Sidoarjo Regent Ahmad Muhdlor Ali stated that he would cooperate with the alleged corruption case in the form of cutting and receiving money at the Regional Tax Service Agency (BPPD).

In the case handled by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), it is suspected that there was a cut in the tax incentive funds intended for the benefit of the Sidoarjo Regent.

"From the start, all ranks of the Sidoarjo Regency Government have always been cooperative, and are ready to fulfill the summons for the needs of the KPK examination," said Gus Muhdlor, his nickname, Wednesday, January 31.

Gus Muhdlor admitted that he had ordered all levels of regional apparatus organizations (OPD), to facilitate the need for examination or giving information requested by the KPK, related to the ongoing legal process at BPPD.

"We ordered the relevant regional apparatus to facilitate the need for examination/give information including the data needed by the KPK. So that everything becomes clear and clear," he said.

Regarding the legal action carried out by the KPK on issues at BPPD, Gus Muhdlor, ordered all regional apparatus to continue to improve the quality of public services.

He ensured that all services remained excellent, professional, and should not be disturbed by the legal process. Gus Muhdlor also emphasized his respect for the law enforcement process at the KPK.

"We really respect the ongoing legal process in accordance with the authority of the KPK. And we hope this will be a lesson for all to improve good governance, open, and oriented towards excellent service," he concluded.
