Hundreds Of North Cipinang Besar Residents Agree On The Declaration Of Peace Of Brawl
JAKARTA - The declaration of peace between residents of RW 01 and RW O2, Cipinang Besar Utara Village, Jatinegara District, East Jakarta, was marked by acts of self-defense.
In fact, the peace declaration process which was held at the scene of the brawl (TKP) had clashed between the two warring villages.
A number of residents from RW 01 and RW 02 accused each other of the main causes of the attack which led to a brawl. They are reluctant to be blamed in front of the ranks of the three pillars of the East Jakarta Metro Police.
According to one of the residents of RW 01, North Cipinang Besar Village, the residents across (RW 02) were many fake (not natives of RW 02).
"If you blame each other, everything is wrong. All brawls are wrong, everyone is harmed. That's why we gather here so that it is peaceful," he said in front of the police.
However, the tension between the two warring residents did not last long after being suppressed by the East Jakarta Metro Police Chief.
The two residents of RW 01 and RW 02 who were involved in the brawl finally agreed to make a peace declaration because many residents were harmed by the brawl.
The perpetrators involved in brawls from both sides then signed as a peace agreement to stop the brawl between residents of RW 01 and 02 of North Cipinang Besar Village, Bassura area, Prumpung, Jatinegara.
East Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly said, this area has often been brawls - brawls and the last one was last Saturday night.
"The trigger is trivial. Only 5 people are allegedly outside the area, only walking with vehicles brandishing bamboo and stones. Now it triggers both residents (RW 01 and RW 02) to do a brawl," said Kombes Nicolas in the vicinity of the incident, Sunday, January 28.
From the results of mediation conducted between residents of RW 01 and RW 02, as a result they have agreed to make peace to stop the brawl.
"Alhamdulillah, thank God, the brawl can be resolved quickly, even though one of the police was hit by a stone," he said.
The police chief hopes that residents from both sides will understand and take peace steps and that no more residents will be involved in brawls.
"We ask that this commitment not be violated. If it is violated, then we will take firm steps in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations," he said.

In fact, his party will process and investigate the perpetrators of the brawl.
"This has become a joint commitment, we must enforce that commitment so that no one feels justified and blamed. Who is doing it, who is responsible. Law enforcement is carried out," he said.
Meanwhile, Jatinegara Sub-district Head Muchtar added that the meeting of the warring residents had often been held. Therefore, his party asked residents to forget the past and agreed that the brawl that occurred on Sunday morning was the last brawl.
"I have to agree on all of that. The Chief of Police came here as proof of love for the citizens and this must be understood by all residents of RW 01 and RW 02," he said.
Regarding the residents' proposals, his party will immediately follow up, such as installing fences along the park, street lighting and others.
"Regarding the joint post, later this location (parkman) can be used as a temporary post to help secure the conditions that occur in this Gembrong (Bassura) area. Forget the brawl, we are at peace," he added.
