Do Not Follow Political Dynamics, Basarah: PDIP Candidates Are Tasked With Maintaining Their Main Voice Base In East Java
Chairman of the PDI-P (PDIP) DPP Ahmad Basarah said the political dynamics that occurred made his party's legislative candidates assigned to maintain a vote base, especially in East Java. This step was taken to strengthen other areas whose votes were not on target.
This was conveyed by Basarah, who is also a candidate for the Malang Raya electoral district when he received a visit from the wife of the presidential candidate Ganjar Pranowo, Siti Atikoh at the Ahmad Basarah aspirations Hall, Malang, East Java.
"The legislative candidates are assigned to maintain the basis, especially East Java as a nationalist base, we maintain the thickening of votes in East Java in order to keep the shortcomings or perhaps defeat others, so we as PDI-P cadres, we maintain the basis," Basarah said in his remarks, Saturday, January 27.
Basarah explained that this method is more effective than following debates in public spaces. Moreover, there are allegations that this method is designed to make it complacent so that the vote base for pair number three, Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD can be captured.
