This is in line with the ideals of building IKN into a smart city (smart city). So, development will be directed as much as possible using digital technology.

"Because later at IKN, God willing, it will be cashless. Everything will use digital later so we have to prepare it well," said Bambang in Jakarta, quoted on Saturday, January 27.

Currently, his party has collaborated with PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk which will support the non-cash transaction system at IKN.

"Alhamdulillah, today we thank you for accompanying us from the digital financing side, yes, because it is also very important," said Bambang.

According to Bambang, later IKN development will serve as a model for cities in Indonesia in carrying out the concept of a smart city. Business actors who become investors in IKN are also directed to carry out development in accordance with the vision and mission of a smart city.

"Because one of the characteristics of IKN is a smart city with technology-based city management standards, use of cctv, drones, Internet of Things (IoT), to big data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to detect things that may need to be detected," he said.
