Ganjar Tak Risau Reads Poles And Election Surveys
LABUAN BAJO - Presidential Candidate number 3 Ganjar Pranowo said he was not worried about reading the polls and survey results in the 2024 general election (Pemilu).
"The context of the election is that I am not too restless, I have never worried about reading polls and surveys," he said while giving a speech at the friendship between Ganjar Pranowo with the Bishop of Ruteng and religious leaders Manggarai, Flores, East Nusa Tenggara, as reported by ANTARA, Friday, January 26.
Ganjar Pranowo also admitted that he was not worried about the current political conditions.
"I have never been worried about the conditions of the political frenzy that exist today, I have never worried. In my religious beliefs, we are sure and believe that the winner is there. And in the sky there has been outlined. So calm down," he said to applause from the event participants.
Ganjar also asked his supporters not to hurt each other in the general election.
"So there is no need to hurt each other, except for a place that might offend and hurt that is an open space, what is that? A candidate debate," he said.
Ganjar Pranowo explained that the debate was a representation that was considered legal and halal.
"If I call this boxing, boxing if in front of the complex or on the road in front of it we boxing are arrested by the police, because we are fighting but when we give the ring there, everyone applauds watching. Even though then if we want to "box", boxing on the stage of debate, that's the most legal and halal representation, "he explained.
Ganjar said that in the debate his party brought intellectual values and educative messages.
"We are trying to bring educative messages to other leaders, at least for ourselves and the public, it is the public my master, it is my people who will choose. So with any coercion when the people decide, no one can force it," he said.

Ganjar Pranowo also admitted that he was happy to make visits and campaigns in Ruteng.
"If I was in this room feeling like I won, the general election was over. Pak Mahfud and I (candidate number three) were receiving a historical call, I never had a dream to stand here. I am not a child of high-ranking officials, my father is not a high-ranking police officer, the first lieutenant at that time and retired. That's if Commission III (DPR RI) came, my father never came, who joined AKBP, Kombes, star one and two, Kapolda, at least my father never took part, at least my father was told to guard on the road," he said.
"I once ate at Mr. Mahfud's dining table and Mr. Mahfud had a meal at my desk and we talked about this nation, is that fate?, I don't know, we will find out the new destiny when it happens, but we try to carry out this historical call, both of us have no burden in participating in the contestation," he added.
