Ganjar Asks For Social Assistance To Be Distributed By The Village Head And Village Head Not Those Who Are Participating In The Election
LABUAN BAJO - presidential candidate number 3 Ganjar Pranowo asked for the distribution of social assistance (bansos) to be carried out by parties who did not participate in the election, such as the village head and village head.
"It is enough to share it with those who do not participate in political interests, just give it to the lurah, village heads, it's just sharing," said Ganjar at the Golo Dukal Stadium, Langke Rembong, Manggarai, NTT as reported by ANTARA, Friday, January 26.
He considered it could anticipate the potential for misuse of social assistance. Ganjar also praised Vice President Ma'ruf Amin for paying attention to the distribution of social assistance.
"That's part of the way we brake, I understand very well everything like this will be misused. That's why respect for the Vice President who conveyed it must be processed," he said.

Previously, Ganjar admitted that he had predicted that the distribution of social assistance would generate controversy because officials often used it to campaign for one of the candidate pairs.
"Yes, I spoke yesterday, something will definitely happen, politicization of all existing facilities, so why should officials understand very well when carrying out state and government duties, and when to campaign," said Ganjar.
Therefore, he agreed with Ma'ruf Amin that the misuse of social assistance for campaigns must be dealt with by Bawaslu.
"If the Vice President says that, then it is important for me to follow up (bawaslu), from everything that was reported by the community so that we hope that the election can be peaceful," he concluded.
