Saat Lagu Halo Bandung Berkumandang Di Korea Utara Dan Kembali Viral
JAKARTA - The song by Ismail Marzuki entitled Halo Halo Bandung was once sung in North Korea.
Recently, netizens are discussing a video of a children's choir in North Korea singing the mandatory national anthem. Also seen behind the children are photos of two North Korean rulers, Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.
It is known that the one singing it was a student from Ryulgok School in Pyongyang, the capital of North Korea.
Located about two meters from the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia (KBRI) Pyongyang, Ryulgok School is known for its long history as a friendly school for North Korea and Indonesia since 1980.

Warganet praised how Ryulgok School students sang the song created by Ismail Marzuki. They are accompanied by several musical instruments, such as chordion, bass, and drums.
"Hello, Halo Bandung, how come these younger siblings sound more heroic," wrote the account @set ***.
"His voice is good," commented the account @mei***.
Seeing Jaka Parker's YouTube channel, Halo Halo Bandung is not the only song that has ever been sung by students at Ryulgok School.
There are several other videos showing students singing other Indonesian songs, both nationally obligatory songs and regional songs, including Tanah Airku, Rayuan Pulau Kelapa, Anak Kambing Saya, and Sarinande.
