Upgraded, Ronin Wallet Now Can Access Various Networks Including Ethereum Blockchain And Binance Smart Chain

JAKARTA - Ronin Wallet, the official crypto wallet of the Ronin blockchain, has just received a big update. Ronin is a dedicated blockchain created by Sky Mavis, play-to-earn NFT game maker Axie Infinity, to improve the performance and scalability of the game. Ronin Wallet's latest update adds multi-chain support, which allows users to access various blockchain networks such as Ethereum, Polygon, and Binance Smart Chain.

This update, which was announced via Ronin's official Twitter account on January 20, also includes other features such as in-app web browsers, new visual designs, and support for multi-party computing (MPC). Ronin Wallet is available for iOS and Android devices, and can be downloaded via App Store or Google Play.

MPC is an optional security feature that allows users to "share" their wallet login information behind the scenes, so they don't have to rely on a single private key. This feature, when combined with social login, can be used in various Ronin-based games such as Axie Infinity and Pixels without having to make double wallets effectively.

Axie Infinity is an NFT game that combines elements of strategy, collection, and education. This game allows users to buy, raise, and fight a virtual creature called Axies, each of which has unique characteristics and values. Pixels is an NFT game that carries social agriculture themes, where users can grow, harvest, and trade digital crops.

Ronin Wallet is one of the crypto wallets specifically designed for NFT games, competing with other wallets such as Magic Eden, Sequence, and Immutable. By adding multi-chain and MPC features, Ronin Wallet strives to improve user experience and maintain their loyalty.
