Asking About Greenflation, Gibran: This Is Not Explained, Mr. Mahfud Professor
JAKARTA - Candidate for Vice President 02, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, raises questions regarding how to overcome greenflation or green inflation.
When reminded of the use of terms and abbreviations in debate, Gibran argued that Mahfud MD was a vice presidential candidate who had a professor title so that no further explanation was needed.
"I didn't explain this earlier because he is a professor. Green flation is green inflation," said Gibran in the Vice Presidential Debate, Sunday, January 21.
The question was then immediately answered by Mahfud who said the green economy or the circular economy where a process of utilizing economic products such as food or any production of recycled materials or recycled materials.
"It's not made. So it's not allowed to interfere with the ecology," said Mahfud.
Mahfud also boasted that people from his home area, Madura, were the pioneers of recycling in Indonesia.
