The Number Of Wealth Reports Of KPK Examined Officials Increased By 53 Percent
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) revealed that the number of state administrators' assets (LHKPN) reports examined reached 299. This figure increased by half compared to the previous year which only reached 195 examinations.
During 2023 the KPK has examined 299 LHKPN. This number has increased by 53 percent," said KPK Temporary Chair Nawawi Pomolango in a press conference on the 2023 performance achievement at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Tuesday, January 16.
Nawawi detailed that 123 examinations were carried out to meet the demands for prosecution and other internal work units. Meanwhile, 80 others were carried out to fulfill cooperation in the context of selecting positions in other agencies.
"Then there are also 96 examinations which are initiatives of the LHKPN Directorate," continued Nawawi. "From this examination, 14 reports were forwarded to the Deputy for Enforcement and Execution," he said.

Next there are 3 reports forwarded to the Directorate of Public Reports and Complaints Service; 6 reports are forwarded to the Directorate of Gratification and Public Services; 9 reports are forwarded to the institution's internal supervisory apparatus for further follow-up; and 64 other reports do not have significant findings to continue.
Nawawi said that there were three people named as suspects in the LHKPN examination process by the KPK.
They are former Directorate General of Taxes at the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) Rafael Alun Trisambodo, former Head of Makassar Customs Andhi Pramono, and former Head of Yogyakarta Customs Eko Darmanto.
"Three people (determined as, ed) suspects from the development of LHKPN examinations as prevention of corruption," he concluded.
