Police Schedule Inspection Of Owners Of Karaoke Places At The Fire Scene Kills 6 People In Tegal
TEGAL - The police will examine the owner or manager of the karaoke location of the fire incident that killed six people on Jalan Veteran, Tegal City, Central Java (Central Java).
Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tegal City Police, AKP Darwan, said that until now his party had not been able to confirm any criminal acts in the fire incident on Monday, January 15 that morning.
"We are also waiting for the results of the investigation by the Regional Police Laboratory, because the results have not been decreased," he said when contacted in Semarang, Tuesday, January 16, as reported by Antara.
Darwan explained that so far his party had asked for information from 11 other witnesses consisting of survivors and the families of the victims who died in the incident.

He added that an official statement regarding the handling of this fire would be conveyed by his party at the Tegal City Police Headquarters tomorrow, Wednesday, January 17.
Previously, the fire that hit a karaoke place on Jalan Veteran, Tegal City, killed six people and five others were injured and had to undergo treatment at the hospital (RS).
The dead victims are thought to have died from weakness due to inhaling carbon dioxide.
