His party is still investigating the case.In addition to arresting NS, the Narcotics Unit of the Kuningan Police also arrested the perpetrator with the initials PB (32) who was suspected of distributing a package of methamphetamine weighing 8.12 grams in the Kuningan area.According to him, PB will distribute the illegal drugs on Wednesday (10/1) in the rest area in Cigandamekar District, Kuningan.According to the suspect's confession, the alleged type of methamphetamine was his which was obtained from F, a resident of Cirebon. We are still investigating it, "explained Willy.Willy said that for cases of drug abuse without a distribution permit, Kuningan Police personnel arrested the perpetrator with the initials SM (25) who was found to have a number of packages containing 370 hexymer pills, 142 trihexyphenidyl pills and six tramadol types of drugs.He emphasized that after successfully uncovering the three cases, the Kuningan Police will continue to arrest the perpetrators who want to distribute or have narcotics and other types of hard drugs."The “ Mode carried out by the three suspects is like the side system and meets in person," he said.
To account for this act, two perpetrators of the methamphetamine case will be charged with Article 114 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 112 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics with a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.Meanwhile, one other perpetrator was charged with Article 114 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 112 paragraph (1) of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics, which carries a minimum sentence of four years in prison.
