JATENG - Banyumas Police are investigating a case of alleged abuse by alleged perpetrators of TNI personnel against MA (23), a child official of one of the vertical agencies of Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung Islands (Babel).
Based on reports that entered the police, the incident occurred when the Supreme Court intervened in a nightclub in Sokaraja, Purwokerto, Banyumas Regency, Central Java (Central Java).
"The statement has been taken when making a complaint. Tomorrow we will follow up," said Head of the Banyumas Police Satreskrim Police Commissioner Adriansyah Rithas Hasibuan when confirmed by reporters in Purwokerto, Sunday, January 14 afternoon, as reported by Antara.
On a separate occasion, the victim with the initials MA said the abuse took place at the parking lot of a nightclub in a hotel in Sokaraja, on Saturday, January 13, at around 03.30 WIB. He reported the incident to the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) of the Banyumas Police in the afternoon.
The Supreme Court explained that while in the parking lot of a motorcycle, he saw a woman falling due to a fight and then being trampled on by a man.
"I don't know who the woman is and even security doesn't dare to separate. Finally I separated, but at that time there was no beating," said MA accompanied by his lawyer, Arief Budi Cahyono.
After being resolved, he said, a few moments later there was a commotion again in the car park.
In fact, he continued, there were four women who were brutally beaten by a man who had previously committed acts of violence in the motorcycle parking lot.
Therefore, the Supreme Court immediately encouraged the person who was beating him while asking the man to stop his actions.
"He then said 'who are you' while hitting, and I hit back. Then his friends came around seven people," said the son of the Pangkalpinang official who was studying in Purwokerto.
According to him, the man and seven of his colleagues immediately ganged up and abused him until he was injured.
After the incident, he admitted that he received information from one of his colleagues that the man dressed as a thug who committed the violence was an individual member of the TNI.
MA's lawyer, Arief Budi Cahyono, said that his party had known the identity of the TNI personnel and had reported it to the Military Police Detachment (Denpom) IV/1 Purwokerto on Sunday, January 4 afternoon.
According to him, one of the women who became victims of the persecution of the TNI personnel with the initials K (22) will later be accompanied by Saleh Darmawan as legal adviser.
"The beatings carried out by these individuals and their friends resulted in the victim MA suffering injuries to the lower face, temples, lips, and back head. Even those on the face of the part that had to receive two stitches, and had received a post mortem," he said.
He said the victim with the initials K and his friends had also received a post-mortem, so the case was expected to run well.
Regarding the chronology of the incident of violence he experienced, K said it started when he found out that one of his friends with the initials C was in a relationship with an individual TNI with the initials AP who was known to have a wife.
"I think it's a friend, I talked to C 'C you and A?'. When C said yes, I said 'it's not that he's someone's husband'," he said.

Not long after, he said, the TNI personnel came while saying inappropriate expressions and asking him not to interfere.
Because of emotions, he immediately asked who really deserved to be called the inappropriate expression while pointing towards C.
"Ay didn't accept it and pushed me, the AP also kicked me. He was very brutal, I didn't know how many were kicked," he said.
According to him, the persecution was also experienced by four of his friends and one of them was dragged until his clothes were torn.
K's legal adviser, Saleh Darmawan, said his client would report the case of abuse by the TNI members to Denpom IV/1 Purwokerto on Monday, January 15.
"We are still trying to explore the motive for the persecution experienced by four friends of K. If it is clear that the motive is only these two people, K and MA," he said.
