Police Investigate Finding The Body Of A Woman Wrapped In A Sack Buried In A House In Pidie Aceh

BANDA ACEH - A resident of Gampong (Village) Meunasah Pulo Loih, Titeu District, Pidie Regency, Aceh was shocked by the discovery of a woman's body buried in the room of the victim's own house.

Pidie Police Chief, AKBP Imam Asfali, in Pidie, confirmed the discovery of the body. The team has gone to the crime scene (TKP) for further investigation.

"In the identification stage, the police line has also been installed at the location," said Imam Asfali as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, January 12.

Meanwhile, Keuchik (village head) Meunasah Pulo Loih, Samsul Kamal conveyed that the victim was named Ayu Sri Wahyuni Ningsih (38).

When found, the victim was wrapped in a sack and buried in his room.

The incident is thought to have occurred a few days ago because his body has smelled a pungent smell.

"The incident was discovered by residents after the Friday prayer," he said.

Samsul explained that when found, the victim's husband named Munazar (38) was not at the location, and his whereabouts were not yet known.

He said the victim had two children from Keude Kuta Binjei, east Aceh Regency, and rented a place to live in the local gampong.

"The victim was taken to Teuku Chik Hospital in Tiro for an autopsy, and the body has been carried out by fardhu kifayah in gampong," said Samsul.
