Jokowi Visits Ho Chi Minh Heroes And Mausoleum Monument In Hanoi

JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo started a state visit in Vietnam, by visiting the Vietnam National Hero Monument and the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum in Hanoi.

Reported by ANTARA, Friday, January 12, when he arrived at the Vietnam National Hero Monument, President Jokowi was greeted by the Head of the Vietnam Presidential Palace, Le Khanh Hai.

President Jokowi then followed the procession of laying wreaths to honor the spirits of the heroes.

After that, President Jokowi headed for Mausoleum Ho Chi Minh. At that place, President Jokowi also followed the procession of laying wreaths in honor of the spirit of Vietnam's first president and prime minister Ho Chi Minh.

From Mausoleum Ho Chi Minh, President Jokowi headed to the Presidential Palace to then meet with Vietnam's President V way V way, Thcong.

Also accompanying President Jokowi during his visit to the Ho Chi Minh National Hero Monument and Mausoleum, namely the Indonesian Ambassador to Vietnam Denny Abdi, the Presidential Military Secretary Major General Rudy Saladin, and the Paspampres Commander Major General TNI Achiruddin.
