Starting In 2024, Mitsubishi Announces Changes In Board Of Directors In Indonesia

JAKARTA - PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI), the official distributor of Mitsubishi passenger and light trading vehicles in Indonesia from Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MCC), announced the change of ranks of new directors.

Director of Sales & Marketing Division of PT MMKSI, Tetsuhiro Tsuchida, who has been in office since June 2021, will soon be replaced by a new director. During his leadership, Tetsuhiro Tsuchida managed to maintain the position of model for Mitsubishi Motors vehicles in the Indonesian market.

Tetsuhiro Tsuchida's next position will be filled by Yoshio Igarashi, a professional who previously served as Deputy General Manager, Indonesia Automotive Department, Mitsubishi Corporation. Igarashi has a similar experience with the Indonesian automotive market, including his experience as a director at PT Dipo Star Finance, an automotive financing company in Indonesia from 2012 to 2017.

"Atsushi Kurita, President Director of PT MMKSI, expressed his highest gratitude and appreciation to Tetsuhiro Tsuchida for his extraordinary contribution to the sales and marketing strategy, which has maintained the market share of Mitsubishi Motors vehicle models in Indonesia," he said in an official statement received on Thursday, January 11.

Kurita also welcomed the arrival of the new Sales & Marketing Director, hoping that his experience and leadership in various countries, including Indonesia, could improve the company's performance. What's more, with plans to launch various new Mitsubishi Motors models in Indonesia.

In addition to changes to the Sales & Marketing Director, the change also occurred in the position of Director of After Sales Division. Eiichiro Hamazaki, who is already very familiar, will soon be replaced by the new director, Kazuto Azuma.

Changes in the board of directors are expected to bring MMKSI to a more advanced, fresh, and better performance, in line with the demands and developments of the company. This is also a step in refreshing and regenerating leadership, meeting consumer needs in the future.
