JK: Unneutral State Apparatus Equivalent To Violating Presidential Orders
JAKARTA - Vice President for the 2004-2009 and 2014 periods Jusuf Kalla (JK) reminded state officials that if they are not neutral in the implementation of general elections (elections), it is tantamount to not carrying out and violating orders.
"If it is not neutral here, it means that the officers do not carry out their president's orders," said Jusuf Kalladi of the Change Coalition Secretariat, Jalan Brawijaya, Jakarta, as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, January 10.
The man who is familiarly called JK said President Joko Widodo always conveyed and ordered the TNI, Polri, and state civil servants (ASN) to be neutral.
According to him, the state apparatus has also been sworn in to carry out their duties or orders as well as possible.
JK said state officials would violate their oaths if they were not neutral in elections. In fact, the oath of state officials is higher than the 1945 Constitution (UUD) of the Republic of Indonesia.

In addition, he said, if the President himself, who is not neutral and violates his oath, will violate two things, namely violating the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and violating his promise to God.
"The oath of a president begins with by Allah I will carry out these tasks as well as possible and fairly," said JK, which has declared its support for the Anies Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar pairs.
