JAKARTA - The National Command Post for the ESDM Sector for Christmas Day 2023 and New Year 2024 is officially closed today. From the fuel sector, the nationally highest distribution of fuel for homecoming flows occurred on December 23, 2023, by introducing gasoline 15.73 percent of normal distribution, while for backflow I occurred on December 26, 2023 with an 8.56 percent increase in gasoline from normal distribution and backflow II occurred on January 3, 2024 with an increase in gasoline 9.14 percent from normal distribution.'
The distribution during the 2023/2024 Nataru Command Post period compared to the average normal distribution for gasoline increased by 4.5 percent and the avtur increased by 1.8 percent, while gasoline decreased by 3.9 percent.
"The distribution of fuel during the 2023/2024 Nataru Command Post period compared to the 2022/2023 Nataru Command Post for Gasoline distribution has increased by 4.6 percent and Avtur has increased by 10 percent. Meanwhile, gasoline distribution has decreased by 0.4 percent," Erika said in a press conference in Jakarta, Monday, January 8.
Meanwhile, from the LPG sector, continued Erika, the distribution of LPG during the Christmas 2023 and New Year 2024 task force periods compared to the normal average increase of 0.2 percent and when compared to the Christmas 2022 and New Year 2023 periods it increased by 0.3 percent.
"The highest LPG distribution occurred on December 26, 2023, which was 28,884 MT, an increase of 5.3 percent from the normal LPG distribution of 27,440 MT," explained Erika.

It is known that during this period the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources through the Directorate General (Ditjen) of Oil and Gas and Pertamina alerted 23 LPG terminals, 667 SP(P)BE and 4,972 LPG agents. LPG agents are alerted 24 special hours in areas with high demand.
Furthermore, from the electricity sector, the post noted the condition of electricity on December 25, 2023 during the celebration of Christmas Day 2023, namely 23 systems under normal conditions and 1 system in Alert Condition (Lombok system). "The details of National Supply Able Power (DMP) are 42,796.50 MW and Peak Burden (BP) is 36,087.76 MW," continued Erika.
He continued, the condition of Electricity on January 1, 2024, during the 2024 New Year celebrations, namely 23 systems under normal conditions and 1 system in a Deficit (Lombok system) condition. Details of National Supply Capability (DMP) amounted to 43,276.78 MW and Peak Load (BP) of 34,981.78 MW.
